TOAI – MEMBER DECLARATION AND UNDERTAKING
I hereby solemnly declare and undertake that:
- I shall use all TOAI platforms exclusively for professional purposes, including business marketing, company branding, tourism-related promotions, and professional networking.
- I shall not share, post, or circulate any content, comments, or messages that may create negativity, misunderstandings, conflicts, or disturb the harmony and positive environment of TOAI platforms.
- Any matters, concerns, complaints, or communications relating to the TOAI Committee, its leadership, administration, or internal affairs shall be addressed exclusively through official email communication and not through WhatsApp groups or other TOAI platforms.
- I shall not bring religious, political, or other unrelated personal or ideological matters into any TOAI platform, group, or official communication channel.
- I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and disciplinary instructions issued by TOAI from time to time.
- I shall maintain professional conduct, mutual respect, unity, and cooperation with fellow members and office-bearers, and shall make every possible effort to contribute positively towards the growth, reputation, and development of TOAI.
- I understand that any violation of the above commitments or TOAI's code of conduct may invite appropriate disciplinary action by the TOAI leadership, and I hereby agree to respect and accept such decisions and disciplinary measures in accordance with the association's rules and procedures.
I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the above declarations and undertakings. I pledge to uphold the values, discipline, dignity, and professional spirit of TOAI.
Mandatory acceptance
I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Declaration and Undertaking as a member of TOAI.
